im making my first theme, its a hitman theme. im trying to change the hourglass is there a way making my own or selecting a certain part of a picture and editing it myself. if so what program can i use. ive tried using Axialis Icon Workshop but it doesnt let me crop out the part that i want. i would really appreciate any help.
